What did the Olmecs and the Mayans have in common? Good taste! For the aromatic wonder they created from the cocoa bean is also now  part of our everyday lives. Hot or cold, sweet or bitter, creamy or with creative fillings – chocolate and cocoa dominate a large part of the food market, and soon, your menu and kitchen.

We tell you the history and explain the manufacture and processing of cocoa beans. You have the possibility to gain insights into the processing of chocolate and to participate in an exquisite degustation. Together we will create chocolate drinks, and you will get tips and tricks for your café and your home.
